A great high quality b&b at reasonable rates set amongst beautiful scenery.Our host made us feel extra welcome and nothing was too much to ask.Our room was pretty soacious had a superking sized bed which was ultra comfy and our ensuite bathroom had a really good power shower to invigorate you first thing.Breakfast was served in the conservatory overlooking the open countryside with a choice of yogurts, cereals and fruit juices if so wished and a full Scottish breakfast of your choice with all the bacon, sausage yes and tomatoes all locally sourced.It's ideally located and only 20 minutes drive into Dumfries.My girlfriend and myself would totally recommend a stay here and are sure you wouldn't be disappointed.

Fantastic place to stay! Owner is so friendly and accommodating. Ive stayed here a few times when visiting family and never had a problem other than its not a very physically disability friendly building, with there only being stairs to access the upper floor and no rooms downstairs but when I take my time I manage just fine. Although the both set of stairs are metal and wobbly and worries me when we visit. But overall Southpark House is a fantastic B & B and the breakfasts are amazing!!
Very comfortable room lovely extras in bathroom and breakfast was perfect. Ideal for long or short term stay I couldn't recommend this place highly enough
Great size rooms. Well worth the money. tea coffee facilities in room with en suite shower room and toilet. Bath robes supplied as well as most toiletries. plenty parking and easy access
