Dreadful experience! I paid 38,000 for them to supply and fit a kitchen, supply flooring, supply 2 shower room fittings and order a range cooker. They forgot to order range cooker and there was a 5 week delivery date. Thank goodness AO delivered the next day. Everything they were involved in, went wrong. Kitchen was finally completed after 8 months. Kitchen island top was damaged by installer and I had to negotiate with supplier to have it replaced. My son telephoned MD Donald Young to negotiate a refund on the payment, which had to be paid in advance of the work being completed and was told to get off the phone. I wrote DY a letter itemising 19 major problems with the job and he replied with a letter of lies and nonsense. As my solicitor said, NEVER deal with a company who want the total cost in advance!! Trading Standards are aware of my complaint.
Just popped in to see if they had what I was looking for.. didn't have it but the lady was extremely helpful . Would definitely go back.
